The Shands HealthCare Sleep Disorders Center provides diagnosis and treatment for a variety of sleep disorders under the direction of two board-certified sleep medicine physicians affiliated with the University of Florida College of Medicine.

The center interacts with a variety of physicians, including adult and pediatric pulmonlogists, neurologists, dentists, surgeons and sleep psychologists, to diagnose and treat sleep disorders in adults and children.

The 10-bed sleep disorders center, located at Homewood Suites in Gainesville, operates seven nights per week and features state-of-the-art monitoring equipment, with two rooms specially decorated for pediatric patients.
