Information:

Children OVER the age of 2 can eat low-fat and nonfat foods. Fruits and vegetables are healthy snack foods. The key with children is to teach them healthy eating habits early, with the intention that they will continue those good habits throughout life.

A certain amount of fat is necessary to help absorb some of the vitamins, including vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E, and vitamin K.
