Shands AGH offers the following family-centered pre- and post-birth services and education programs:

• Adult tour
• Breastfeeding
• Childbirth education for first-time mothers
• Infant CPR and safety
• Newborn care
• Sibling tour

These classes are taught by certified instructors and members of the Shands AGH Maternal/Child Services team including:

• Teresa Glaser, R.N., I.B.C.L.C., lactation coordinator
• Mary O’Pray, Ph.D., R.N., clinical manager
• Vivian Pearson, B.S.N., R.N.C., Maternal/Child Services director
