Behavioral health services are available and accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Shands Vista has 24-hour, seven-day per week triage available for behavioral health emergencies. Masters prepared clinicians are available to provide assessments to determine what services are most appropriate to meet the needs of the individual.  Services are provided in a time frame that is sensitive to the needs of the patient as related to the degree of severity of need.

Intake Counselors will make arrangements for either admission or outpatient services, or assist the individual with finding a facility that has the services that meet their needs.
