Neurological Interventions

Neurological intervention rehabilitation focuses on functional training to increase safety and independence at home and work.

Our clinicians are members of the University of Florida Movement Disorder Center, and we work in close collaboration with the UF Department of Neurology. Therapists specialize in the management of gait and balance disorders as well as upper extremity coordination disorders.

Physical and occupational therapy services are provided to patients with various neurological conditions including:

Movement disorders (i.e. Parkinson's Disease, Dystonia, Ataxia, or Tremors)
Multiple sclerosis
Mild stroke
Other disturbances of gait and coordination
