If you have any questions about your bill for hospital services, call Patient Financial Services (800) 342-5364 or (352) 265-0355 between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Our customer service representatives are unable to answer questions about your University of Florida Physicians or doctor's office bills.

This service is only available for Shands HealthCare hospitals. Online payment for visits to your doctor's office is not available. Your privacy is important to us.
