What to Expect in the Streetlight Program

Streetlight is a program designed especially for you -- a teen or young adult who spends some time in the hospital and away from school, friends, and life because of a serious health problem

When you are admitted to the hospital, request a TEENZONE Room. These rooms are not always be available, but it's good to ask! After you get settled into the room, call 50917 on any hospital phone to let our Streetlight Team know you're in a room and interested in finding out what we have to offer.

Streetlight Team Members are here for you! The team does its best to visit teens and young adults Monday through Friday. They will visit you in your room and bring magazines, movies, CDs and games. They also enjoy getting to know you, and are happy to just hang out and talk (if that's what you want to do!)

If a Streetlight Team Member doesn't make it to your room, you can call 50917 on any hospital phone to connect with the Streetlight Team Members.
